The Zerdava Esports Academy offers a structured development programme for players aged 12 to 24 who love the game and want to reach a competitive level. Besides in-game skill, it includes training in communication, mental resilience, nutrition and sleep routines, and ergonomics.
The 12-week programme
- Weeks 1-3: Assessment, goal setting and core routines
- Weeks 4-8: Role-specific training, replay analysis and team communication
- Weeks 9-11: Scrim matches and amateur tournament preparation
- Week 12: Tournament participation and a closing report
Who can apply?
Entry is through the player trials held each month. For players under 18, parental consent and a weekly progress report are mandatory. Successful players join the academy squad and get a chance to train with our professional squads.
The programme costs 2,800 TRY a month, and the first analysis session is free. Use the application form for scholarships.
