As Zerdava Digital Sports Services Inc. we are the data controller under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).
Data processed
Identity, contact details, date of birth (age verification), booking and payment records, tournament results, in-game usernames, arena entry logs and security camera footage are processed. Parental consent is obtained for members under 18.
Purposes and transfers
Booking and payment, tournament organisation, enforcement of age and content rules, security and contractual obligations. Data may be shared with payment providers, tournament broadcast partners (player name and result only) and competent authorities where legally required.
