Do I need a membership to enter the arena?
No. You can play one-off with an online booking or on-site registration; membership (Zerdava Pass) brings hour bundles and discounts.
Do I play with my own account?
Yes. You log in with your own game account and can load settings from your cloud profile; local data is wiped when you log out.
Can under-18s stay at night?
Players under 18 cannot be in the arena after 22:00; at weekends they may stay until 23:00 with written parental permission. The night package is for 18+.
How many players do I need for a tournament?
Tactical FPS and MOBA tournaments take 5+1 player team entries; separate entries exist for individual and pairs formats. The format is stated in the event details.
Can I come to a tournament as a spectator?
Yes; you can buy a general or VIP spectator ticket. Spectator entry is free at some amateur tournaments.
Can I use my package at another arena?
Yes; hourly packages and Pass membership are valid at all four arenas. Just choose the arena when booking.
How can I join a squad?
We hold player trials monthly. Add your clips and profile details to the application form and you will be invited to an analysis session. The academy programme is open to players aged 12 to 24.
How can I get a sponsorship offer?
Use the contact button on squad pages or the corporate tournament quote form; we send our sponsorship deck within 24 hours.
