Our arenas are open to everyone who follows the rules. The principles below apply at all arenas.
Age and content
- Games are classified by international age rating (3, 7, 12, 16, 18); players under 18 may open only age-appropriate games.
- Under-18s cannot be in the arena after 22:00; at weekends they may stay until 23:00 with written parental permission.
- Players under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or authorised adult.
Conduct
- Profanity, discriminatory language, harassment and cheating software are prohibited; violations end the session and, if necessary, suspend membership.
- Damage to equipment is charged at repair cost.
- Food and drink may be consumed only in designated areas.
Health
A 10-minute break is recommended every 90 minutes, and the system sends break reminders. Staff can advise on health conditions such as photosensitive epilepsy.
This policy is reviewed regularly. For suggestions, you can write to our arena manager or speak to staff in person at our arenas. Everyone following the rules keeps the environment safe and enjoyable for all.
